About the Role
In this position, you will deliver essential administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing documentation, assisting with basic financial processes, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare written communications, record meeting minutes, organize filing systems, and perform data input duties
- Assist with financial operations such as generating purchase orders, handling invoice processing, and tracking spending
- Oversee shared email inboxes and respond to standard inquiries in a clear and professional manner
- Keep records, databases, and internal systems accurate and up to date
- Produce and format documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations

- This is a full-time, onsite role working 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Fridays 08:00 – 16:00.
- This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
