Construction & Property Group – UK was looking for an Administrative Assistant - Therapy Company

Construction & Property Group – UK is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for our therapy company. You will be responsible for organizing schedules and records while ensuring timely billing processes.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and maintain client and provider files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for therapists and clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and follow up on outstanding claims or payments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and insurance companies as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the therapy team.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a healthcare or therapy setting.
  • Experience using therapy or EMR software systems.
