Keller Executive Search is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our executive search professionals, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to client success. This role, with remote admin flexibility, is central to our high-stakes talent acquisition work and offers significant opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects.
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to ensure a professional experience.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment.

  • Compensation: 1,275,000–1,558,000 ZAR annually, depending on experience.
