About the Role

Role Overview

The Intermediate Adaptive Designer plays a key part in producing precise, brand-compliant creative work across diverse formats, languages, and product lines. Working within a high-energy studio setting, this individual ensures all visual output meets quality standards and aligns with brand specifications, while managing multiple projects under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support studio objectives by delivering accurate, on-brand artwork that meets internal and client expectations
  • Translate design concepts and brand direction into polished, production-ready assets using industry-standard tools
  • Apply knowledge of print techniques, including separations, finishes, and regulatory requirements, to ensure technical accuracy
  • Maintain clear communication with team members throughout project lifecycles to support transparency and collaboration
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, seek clarification proactively, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and partner groups to support seamless project execution
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute to team goals beyond core responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years in a design production or graphic design role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Strong grasp of print production workflows and technical requirements
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in artwork development
  • Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Competence in Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity software
  • Ability to accept feedback and adapt to creative direction
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule based on project demands

Work Environment

This position operates in a hybrid work model, combining in-studio and remote work. Schedules are flexible and may vary based on project needs. Hours are not guaranteed weekly, and adaptability is essential.

Compensation

This role offers an hourly rate between $55 and $60 USD.
