Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts and territory to achieve sustainable growth aligned with established sales targets
- Utilize data and analytics to guide strategic business planning decisions
- Maintain accurate sales records and fulfill business planning requirements using Salesforce.com
- Identify and address customer-specific financial and clinical challenges
- Demonstrate competency after completing required sales training curriculum
- Use hospital networks and professional connections to uncover opportunities for product adoption and conversion
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers, including surgeons
- Provide regular clinical consultation to healthcare providers on safe and effective product use
- Attend medical procedures and product placements as needed
- Drive increased utilization of advanced therapies, including newly launched products
- Influence hospital stakeholders to support and promote recommended solutions
- Deliver consistent customer service and post-sale support
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and educational symposiums
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position is $110,762 - $135,375, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific offers may vary based on candidate qualifications and experience.
