Manage the end-to-end revenue lifecycle for a portfolio of startup clients, ensuring precision and efficiency from initial quote through final payment. You will be responsible for generating and tracking invoices, monitoring receivables, and driving timely collections while maintaining clear communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of revenue operations, including invoicing, payment tracking, and resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Take full ownership of accounts receivable, improving collection timelines and reducing outstanding balances.
- Partner with accounting teams to support accurate revenue reporting and month-end close processes.
- Use and optimize core financial platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe to streamline operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements to enhance workflow reliability.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoice status, payment arrangements, and account reconciliation.
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, with direct involvement in accounts receivable and revenue cycle management for U.S. businesses.
- Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows and the operational demands of fast-moving startups.
- Strong technical skills in QuickBooks Online and Stripe, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly when explaining financial details clearly.
- Proactive work style with a high degree of independence, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to shift between solo tasks and team-based initiatives in a remote setting.
