Copeland is hiring an Accounts Receivable & Collections Senior Analyst - 2

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2 to 7 members in accounts receivable and collections, offering guidance, mentorship, and fostering teamwork to support performance and career growth.
  • Help design and execute policies and procedures for accounts receivable and collections, ensuring consistency with financial objectives and risk controls.
  • Partner with departments such as finance, sales, and operations to refine accounts receivable and collections workflows and boost overall efficiency.
  • Maintain adherence to internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines related to receivables and collections activities.
  • Generate and deliver detailed reports on key metrics including outstanding balances, cash inflows, and collection performance for senior leadership review.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving escalated customer account issues, ensuring timely solutions and positive client relationships.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of collections operations, applying strategies to increase recovery rates and lower days sales outstanding (DSO).
