Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio consisting of 250+ business accounts
- Reach out to customers through phone calls and emails
- Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients
- Ensure credit limits and overdue balances adhere to policy guidelines
- Verify that invoices are successfully sent and that customers have arranged for prompt payment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and management regarding the portfolio status
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Compensation
