Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise accounting projects for clients with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Produce and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, budget preparation, and financial performance analysis
- Generate grant-related invoices and reports, and support tracking throughout the grant lifecycle
- Act as the main point of contact for client communications and issue resolution
- Coordinate team workflows, review work product, and mentor junior accounting staff
- Support annual audit processes and serve as a liaison to external auditors
- Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms to streamline reporting and client deliverables
