Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Ontario (ON), Alberta (AB), British Columbia (BC) and Manitoba (MB) bank reconciliations
- Manage ON, AB, BC and MB subledgers and ensure accurate bank entries
- Assisting payouts team with finance related functions
- Assist in the Month end tasks
- Other responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in special projects, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assigned
Requirements
- Highly organized, attentive, flexible, and has sense of urgency
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding analytical and communications skills
- Qualified CA
- 2 years of experience
- Microsoft Excel
