Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee progress billings, including SOV documentation and retainage calculations
- Monitor and reconcile retainage amounts, both receivable and payable
- Support accurate job costing by maintaining detailed records for active projects
- Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams
- Assist with monthly close procedures and general ledger reconciliations
- Ensure financial documentation is consistently organized and audit-ready
