Thomson Reuters Foundation is hiring an Account Specialist Manager, Audit

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Specialists, offering coaching, performance evaluations, and career progression support.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contract renewals, including quote delivery, contract execution, and accurate forecasting.
  • Generate additional revenue through low-complexity upselling and cross-selling, while contributing to pricing and negotiation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to align renewal timelines and commercial terms with customer outcomes.
  • Monitor key renewal metrics, pipeline health, and commercial performance, ensuring data integrity in CRM systems.
  • Develop and deploy scalable processes, tools, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
