LexisNexis Legal & Professional was looking for an Account Manager (Remote - FL or OH)

LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. is looking for an Account Manager to support our sales team and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an established book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
  • Act as liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.
  • Evaluate existing relationships, grow and expand those relationships, create a territory plan, and execute successfully against that strategy.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Call existing customers to secure appointments, gather information on their needs, and position and demonstrate the value of our products.
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to move into a direct sales role long-term.

Nice to Have

  • Preferred location in FL or OH, though we are flexible on location for the right candidate.

Team & Environment

You will be part of our multinational sales team dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Country-specific benefits are available.
  • Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home based-Ohio $42,300 - $70,700.
  • U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,100 - $108,500. Geographic differentials may apply.
