Responsibilities
- Manage a set of 20 client accounts with a focus on retention and sustained growth
- Act as the main liaison for all client interactions and ongoing relationship management
- Lead regular client meetings covering performance analysis, strategic planning, and campaign design
- Design and optimize paid social media strategies, particularly on Meta advertising channels
- Convert campaign data into clear, practical insights and strategic recommendations
- Work closely with design, ad operations, and analytics teams to support campaign execution
- Oversee creative development timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule
- Set transparent expectations with clients and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and opportunities
- Spot performance issues early and adjust strategies to enhance results
- Handle multiple client demands and deadlines efficiently across a busy account load
- Bridge client objectives with internal execution teams to ensure alignment
- Support improvements in internal workflows, reporting standards, and client engagement practices
