- 4+ years of experience in client management, ideally within a marketing, growth, or digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships while balancing delivery and commercial goals.
- Experience owning budgets, scopes, and financial tracking.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign performance, and account planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to turn complex performance data into actionable insight.
- A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented operator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in leading discussions with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
