Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across the Netherlands
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and strategic discussions
- Identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings within current accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement actions to improve retention
- Prepare and present regular account reviews and performance reports
- Negotiate contract renewals and amendments in line with business goals
- Track and report on account health, usage trends, and potential risks
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth customer integration
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and development teams
- Drive adoption of new features and services through targeted engagement
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed set revenue and retention targets
- Stay informed about market developments and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex customer challenges
- Participate in customer meetings, both virtual and on-site when needed
