About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in academic and research institutions
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve customer inquiries
  • Develop strategic account plans for key research facilities
  • Track and report sales performance metrics regularly
  • Attend scientific conferences and industry events
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
  • Provide market feedback to product development teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with marketing for targeted campaigns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support tender submissions for public research institutions
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Drive adoption of integrated solutions within research labs
