About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success by managing relationships, analyzing performance data, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and strategic discussions
- Monitor ongoing campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to expand service usage and improve client outcomes
- Prepare and lead regular business reviews with clients
- Ensure clients achieve their performance goals using platform capabilities
- Track and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends and evolving client needs
- Support onboarding and transition processes for new accounts
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement client-specific configurations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
- Escalate product feedback to relevant departments for improvement
- Drive adoption of best practices across client campaigns
- Assist in contract renewal planning and execution
