Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with current healthcare clients
- Serve as the primary contact for account inquiries and support needs
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account issues promptly
- Track and report on account performance metrics regularly
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Support onboarding of new clients in coordination with operations
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Coordinate responses to client audits or compliance requests
- Assist in contract renewal processes
- Communicate client feedback to product and service teams
- Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations
- Promote service adoption and utilization among clients
- Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
- Participate in client-facing events and trainings
- Support marketing initiatives tailored to current accounts
- Monitor account health indicators and flag risks early
