Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with key clients, guiding them through onboarding, scaling, optimization, and sustained success on the platform.
  • Gain in-depth understanding of digital retail media and marketplace monetization models, including paid placements, bidding mechanisms, ad quality, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and convert them into effective platform-driven strategies.
  • Evaluate advertising campaign and marketplace analytics to detect growth opportunities, potential risks, and data-backed recommendations.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently and advance client results.
  • Lead strategic discussions, performance updates, and client meetings with clarity and confidence.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant while contributing to the evolution of retail media technology infrastructure.
  • Succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment marked by shifting priorities, high accountability, and continuous learning.
