Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relationships with key clients, guiding them through onboarding, scaling, optimization, and sustained success on the platform.
- Gain in-depth understanding of digital retail media and marketplace monetization models, including paid placements, bidding mechanisms, ad quality, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and convert them into effective platform-driven strategies.
- Evaluate advertising campaign and marketplace analytics to detect growth opportunities, potential risks, and data-backed recommendations.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently and advance client results.
- Lead strategic discussions, performance updates, and client meetings with clarity and confidence.
- Serve as a trusted consultant while contributing to the evolution of retail media technology infrastructure.
