This role is responsible for managing client relationships after the sale, ensuring high levels of service and campaign success for prominent US and international brands. As the primary contact, you will build trusted partnerships through consistent communication, strategic guidance, and performance oversight using Deep Learning-powered advertising technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for clients, managing interactions through regular meetings, calls, and digital correspondence
- Lead onboarding and launch of advertising campaigns, coordinating across internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver insightful reporting, including detailed quarterly business reviews
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate, value-driven support
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring clarity and consistency in all communications
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing digital advertising campaigns in adtech or agency environments
- At least two years in a client-facing capacity with proven relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities across clients
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and client presentations
- Customer-focused mindset with a drive to anticipate needs and deliver solutions
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented attitude

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $93,000 to $123,000, with eligibility for performance bonuses. Equity is not included. The company supports continuous learning and offers direct impact opportunities within a growing technology environment.
