Role Overview
This position serves as the main liaison between customers in the Earth & Ag sector and the industrial solutions provider. You’ll work directly in the field and remotely to understand client operations, identify needs, and deliver effective product and service solutions that support their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Grow revenue by expanding the customer base and maximizing account potential within an assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless service and timely follow-up on leads
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and customer challenges to provide relevant, proactive recommendations
- Track and manage customer interactions using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Qualifications
Candidates should bring a proven record in outside sales, particularly in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate value clearly are essential.
- Minimum of three years in field-based sales with measurable success
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required
- A commitment to integrity, safety, and customer-focused service
