WPP Media is hiring an Account Manager, Digital & Biddable Media

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of Paid Social campaigns for the Qualcomm/Snapdragon account, ensuring proper setup, trafficking, and adherence to agency best practices.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and implement proactive optimizations, reporting insights and risks to the Account Director promptly.
  • Assist the Account Director in converting strategic plans into clear execution briefs for specialist and offshore teams.
  • Prepare performance reports and support client communications, contributing to accurate and timely status updates.
  • Engage in client and internal meetings with a solid grasp of campaign performance and objectives.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure clarity in briefs, adherence to deadlines, and delivery of high-quality output.
  • Track campaign budgets accurately and comply with financial procedures as per agency standards.
  • Enforce consistency in workflows, naming conventions, quality assurance, and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize project management and other digital tools to maintain organization and visibility across workstreams.
  • Support testing and optimization initiatives by contributing ideas and documenting results.
  • Work with channel specialists to enable cohesive, integrated campaign delivery.
  • Enhance agency presence by contributing to case studies, team discussions, and cross-functional projects.
  • Take initiative in personal development by seeking feedback, engaging in training, and expanding knowledge across channels and accounts.
