About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored technical solutions and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution validation
  • Support the development of customer proposals and quotes
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape
  • Attend client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated internally
  • Drive adoption of new technologies through customer education
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
  • Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns
  • Assist in contract negotiations and renewals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input

  • Support onboarding of new customers
