Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the retail media sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs and expectations are met.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand and effectively use the software.
- Provide ongoing training and support to maximize platform adoption.
- Analyze client needs to identify upsell opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals that demonstrate value, set and achieve revenue targets, and drive increased ad spend and account growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize clients' retail media campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer value-driven advice.
- Address client concerns proactively, collaborating with internal teams (data science, product, sales) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client success.
- Share best practices with the global account management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a technical background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in account management within retail media or advertising.
- Familiarity with relevant technologies.
- Ability to identify and pursue upselling opportunities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and team-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with technical solutions and translating technical capabilities into retailer-friendly language.
- Able to work onsite in our São Paulo office 4 days a week.
