As an Account Manager in the Bay of Plenty, you’ll play a key role in empowering farmers through cutting-edge agricultural technology. Your focus will be on nurturing lasting relationships, ensuring customer success, and supporting the adoption of tools that enhance productivity and sustainability on the farm.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer renewals and drive revenue growth by delivering consistent value in every interaction.
  • Guide farmers through onboarding, training, and ongoing use of the technology to ensure seamless integration into daily operations.
  • Build trusted partnerships with farm owners, managers, and teams, helping them set and achieve measurable business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, sharing real-world insights to shape product development.
  • Address technical or operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to farm activities.
  • Represent the brand within the local community by leading discussion groups and expanding network visibility.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to provide practical feedback on pasture management, reproduction, and agronomy.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in account or relationship management, ideally within agriculture or farming.
  • Firsthand knowledge of dairy farming or agribusiness is highly valued.
  • A genuine commitment to improving farmers’ outcomes and sustainability.
  • Strong business sense, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A drive for personal growth and a willingness to evolve alongside a high-performing team.
