About the Role

This position is responsible for managing ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve value from services through structured support, clear communication, and coordinated internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and initial implementation phases
  • Monitor client progress and adoption of services to ensure successful outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to expand service usage based on client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Support renewal planning and contract extension discussions
  • Track key performance indicators related to client health and retention
  • Escalate product or service concerns to appropriate departments
  • Deliver updates on service improvements and new features
  • Collaborate with sales during transition from pre- to post-sale stages
  • Develop understanding of client business goals and objectives
  • Provide input for client success strategies based on field insights
  • Assist in preparing business review materials for client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements and support timelines
  • Manage documentation for account plans and success milestones
  • Facilitate training sessions or knowledge transfer as needed
  • Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in all communications
