Take the lead in reshaping freight operations by driving growth across multiple transportation modes. This role is centered on expanding a U.S.-based 3PL’s portfolio, moving beyond reefer freight to include flatbed, dry van, ocean, and international shipments. You’ll be responsible for actively sourcing new business, building a client base from scratch, and creating a more balanced, year-round revenue stream by reducing seasonal dependency.

- Strengthen relationships with carriers and clients to ensure reliable capacity and service
- Expand operations into emerging freight markets and modes
- Support long-term growth by minimizing seasonal fluctuations through diversified freight streams
What You Bring
You have a track record in sales or account management within logistics or transportation. You’re self-motivated, with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to generate new business independently. Experience in freight brokerage or multi-modal freight solutions is a plus. Familiarity with building a client portfolio from the ground up is essential.
