Bell Canada Enterprises is hiring an Account Executive to join our media sales team. In this client-facing role, you will leverage Bell Media’s integrated ecosystem to deliver high-impact advertising strategies across Video, Audio, and OOH. We are looking for a sales professional with a strong hunter mentality to drive revenue growth in the Hamilton/Niagara region.

What You'll Do

  • Develop multi-platform sales presentations that combine Video, Audio, and OOH into measurable, results-driven client solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling, insights-driven proposals tailored to client objectives.
  • Champion Bell Media’s cross-platform value proposition to ensure clients understand the strategic advantages of integrated campaigns.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify client needs and proactively bring forward innovative, multi-channel solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across Video, Audio, and OOH.
  • Cultivate a consistent pipeline of prospects and convert new categories and advertisers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation, updating Salesforce throughout.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting within Salesforce to support revenue planning.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of advertising sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the integrated media landscape (Video, Audio and OOH).
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Nice to Have

  • Strong preference for candidates with digital media backgrounds.
