About the Role

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client portfolios, and closing deals to meet sales targets in the Swiss region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Swiss market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
  • Use CRM tools to document client interactions and forecast accurately
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on client input
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
  • Support onboarding of new clients post-sale
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Work with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy development

Compensation
