Account Executive, Strategic (EMEA) – Drive measurable growth by guiding key enterprise clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll own the full lifecycle of strategic relationships, translating client objectives into actionable plans that deliver value and expand business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to high-value clients, building relationships rooted in understanding and results.
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts and lead efforts to scale engagement and revenue.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with clients’ business priorities, leveraging internal resources effectively.
- Negotiate contracts with precision, balancing client needs with company goals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets using clear metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a unified client experience.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to uncover new pathways for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in enterprise sales, with a history of surpassing targets in complex organizational settings.
- Strong ability to engage decision-makers and influence at executive levels.
- Proven skill in managing multiple client initiatives with precision and follow-through.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation capabilities.
- Experience designing client-centric solutions that address real business challenges.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
