As an Account Executive in the SMB segment, you will lead sales initiatives to expand our footprint among small and medium-sized businesses in France. You’ll engage with prospects and current clients to clearly communicate the value of our platform, understand their unique challenges, and align solutions that support their growth.
What You’ll Do
- Showcase our offerings through clear, consultative conversations that address specific business needs
- Develop lasting relationships to uncover expansion opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
- Research and assess client requirements to recommend effective, customized solutions
- Collaborate with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to reflect all client interactions and progress
- Represent the company at industry events, connecting with professionals across HR Tech, FinTech, and Payroll sectors
What We’re Looking For
- Based in EMEA, with strong presence in France
- At least three years of experience in sales roles focused on SMB clients, preferably within a high-growth tech company or startup
- Proven track record selling SaaS solutions to B2B customers
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong numerical aptitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments and able to adapt quickly to change
- Fluent in both French and English
- Demonstrated success managing and growing B2B client portfolios in the French market
