Role Overview

In this hybrid position, you will lead end-to-end sales initiatives and client success efforts across your region. Based in Shenzhen, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them from initial engagement through long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales journey—from identifying prospects to closing deals—while consistently meeting quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients to increase product adoption, ensure satisfaction, and support renewal cycles.
  • Deliver tailored presentations of our technology solutions to diverse stakeholders, adjusting your approach based on audience and business needs.
  • Track client engagement and feedback to anticipate challenges, strengthen account health, and minimize attrition risks.
  • Uncover opportunities for growth within current accounts, including cross-selling and expansion initiatives.
  • Share actionable insights from client interactions with product teams to inform development and strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry gatherings and with ecosystem partners to strengthen market presence.
  • Keep Salesforce updated with accurate forecasting and pipeline details to ensure transparency and planning accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, or customer success within SaaS, AdTech, or high-performance professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals or maintaining strong client retention rates.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and clear, effective communication.
  • Technically confident—able to discuss integrations, product functionality, and data flows with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Adept at understanding regional market dynamics through active listening, inquiry, and cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously while contributing actively to a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.
  • Experienced with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
