About the Role
The Account Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with key decision-makers to exceed revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to close
- Identify new market opportunities and expand within assigned regions
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailored presentations
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and challenges
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to support client requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts
- Provide feedback from customers to product and leadership teams
- Participate in sales training and development programs
- Use data to track performance and adjust strategies

Compensation
Up to $130,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
