Delivery Hero is looking for an Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of allied restaurants, ensuring their sales growth, profitability, and positioning within the app. You'll achieve this through commercial advice, data analysis, and the execution of joint strategies.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators like sales, average ticket size, conversion rates, cancellations, preparation times, and ratings.
- Analyze market competition and behavior.
- Negotiate participation in campaigns, discounts, and promotional actions.
- Increase investment in advertising tools within the platform.
- Identify upselling opportunities for greater exposure and new formats.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and support teams.
What We're Looking For
- A professional degree in fields like Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Availability to work in the field, with monthly travel required to regions in Northern Chile.
