Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new Mission Hero clients across Navy and Marine Corps networks, aligned with organizational growth goals and technical offerings.
- Create and implement capture strategies, win themes, and competitive differentiation plans to win new contracts.
- Proactively collaborate with government decision-makers, prime contractors, and partners to influence requirements before formal solicitations.
- Analyze customer challenges, procurement schedules, and budget flows within the Department of Defense, particularly in Navy and Marine Corps operational contexts.
- Initiate and manage teaming partnerships that strengthen technical qualifications, socio-economic status, or competitive positioning.
- Convert technical offerings—including Unified Defense Stack (UDS), cATO acceleration, software delivery, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, tactical edge, and edge computing—into compelling value propositions.
- Contribute market insights, SWOT assessments, and pricing guidance to support RFI and RFP responses.
- Ensure disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management, leveraging analytics to prioritize accounts and refine forecasting accuracy.
- Participate in government and industry forums to strengthen visibility, cultivate relationships, and collect competitive intelligence.
