As an Account Executive in the Australia and New Zealand region, you’ll lead commercial efforts by guiding high-intent inbound leads through the entire sales journey. Backed by a trusted brand, advanced AI-powered tools, and comprehensive enablement resources, you’ll play a key role in converting prospects into long-term clients.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming inquiries—calls, emails, demos, and live meetings—from potential customers across the region
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying customer challenges and aligning solutions using modern collaboration technology
- Drive high lead-to-deal conversion rates while maintaining compliance and delivering a seamless buying experience
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, both online and offline, tailored to client needs
- Re-engage past unqualified or lost opportunities to unlock new conversion pathways
- Share real-time market insights with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences
- Self-driven with excellent time management, multitasking ability, and consistent energy
- A consultative mindset focused on solving customer problems
- Quick learner who can absorb product details and customer needs efficiently
