Omnilex is hiring an Account Executive – Germany

As the first Account Executive focused on the German market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a go-to-market strategy for a rapidly expanding legaltech company. You’ll lead the entire enterprise sales journey—from initial outreach to final contract—working directly with law firms and in-house legal teams. Success requires building trust with discerning professionals who value accuracy, discretion, and long-term reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, guiding prospects from first conversation to signed, long-term agreements
  • Deliver customized demonstrations that address the specific workflows and concerns of legal teams
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including partners, associates, and IT decision-makers, navigating complex approval structures
  • Address nuanced objections around AI reliability, data security, and professional responsibility with clarity and confidence
  • Turn pilot engagements into sustained, revenue-generating relationships
  • Maintain rigorous tracking of deals, follow-ups, and next steps in CRM
  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams based on real-world client interactions

Requirements

  • Background in law or 3+ years of experience selling to legal professionals or legal departments
  • Proven track record selling high-stakes, trust-dependent solutions—such as legal research, compliance, or knowledge management systems
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate with precision and impact
  • Comfort engaging skeptical, highly educated buyers who demand substance over salesmanship
  • Discipline in CRM usage, follow-up consistency, and maintaining clear deal progression
