Deel was looking for an Account Executive, Expansion, SMB | MENA

Deel is hiring an Account Executive, Expansion, SMB for the MENA region to manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell to our small and medium business clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, expanding business in a greenfield territory, and meeting revenue targets as part of our mission to create the infrastructure for the future of work and enable a more diverse global economy.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment.
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
  • Act as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
  • Build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

What We're Looking For

  • Located in the EMEA region.
  • 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years selling into the Middle East and Africa market.
  • A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business.
  • SFDC proficiency.
  • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and satisfaction.
  • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
