Drive enterprise sales growth in one of the most strategic markets by securing major contracts with large organizations. As an Account Executive, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of high-potential accounts, crafting and executing tailored strategies to win new business through both inbound and outbound efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles with enterprise clients, consistently delivering against monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Develop and manage a strong, predictable pipeline by combining direct outreach, collaboration with Sales Development Representatives, and effective follow-up on inbound leads.
- Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to identify key stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and secure executive-level buy-in.
- Design and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive long-term value.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date, supporting reliable forecasting and continuous improvement in sales operations.
What You Bring
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (C1/C2 level) for professional business communication.
- Minimum of four years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years focused on enterprise clients.
- Proven success in opening new markets and acquiring net-new logos in enterprise environments.
- Strong track record of engaging with C-suite and senior business leaders.
- A self-starter mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a drive to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Background
- Experience working with HR, Learning & Development, or talent management teams.
- Familiarity with e-learning, HR tech, or employee well-being solutions.
- Background in startups or high-growth companies.
- Experience collaborating within remote, distributed teams.
