Responsibilities

  • Lead ongoing management of assigned client portfolios
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery metrics
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
  • Maintain accurate client records and account documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on client needs
  • Drive renewal and contract negotiation processes
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Track performance against service level agreements
  • Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
  • Support onboarding of new clients when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and client contracts
  • Attend regular client meetings and site visits
  • Stay informed about industry trends impacting clients
  • Represent the company at client events and conferences
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years in client-facing account management
  • Proven experience in service delivery or consulting roles
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
  • Experience in developing client strategies and plans
  • Track record of achieving client retention targets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to build client trust
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation processes
