About the Role
The individual in this position will be responsible for leading the full sales cycle, engaging with potential customers, delivering product value propositions, and achieving quarterly sales goals within the APJ market.
Responsibilities
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts across the Asia-Pacific region
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Identify customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Present product offerings and demonstrate key features effectively
- Negotiate terms and close new business deals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding
- Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Track and report on sales performance metrics regularly
- Develop strategies to expand market reach within assigned territories
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Stay informed about regional market trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales planning and forecasting activities
- Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent the organization at virtual industry events or webinars
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse cultural contexts
- Ensure compliance with regional sales regulations
- Provide feedback from customers to product and strategy teams
- Work closely with partners when applicable to drive joint success
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Use data to refine outreach and improve conversion rates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and enhancements
- Support the development of localized sales materials
