Orange Barrel Media was looking for an Account Executive

Orange Barrel Media is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the primary liaison between Orange Barrel Media + IKE Smart City and advertising partners. In this role, you will be responsible for forging client relationships, crafting strategic proposals, and closing deals to grow our portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research and prospect new clients while proposing targeted marketing leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls.
  • Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal creative departments to assist in campaign development.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts optimizing a win-win result.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow the current client base.
  • Review space availability for clients and follow up with proposals.
  • Search out business leads and trending products.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communicator with superior written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate client needs into viable media plans.
  • Analytical thinker who can quickly assess unfamiliar situations and offer creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to Have

  • 7–10+ years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in OOH, Digital, or Broadcast media.
