Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, starting with initial outreach and concluding with contract execution
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across various sectors
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to identify key business challenges
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms and guide opportunities to successful closure
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently update opportunity data in the CRM system
- Work closely with Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive customer acquisition and growth
Compensation
Uncapped commission based on percentage of new monthly recurring revenue, with increased rates above target
Other
- Commission structure is uncapped and calculated as a percentage of new monthly recurring revenue, with bonus incentives for performance exceeding quota
- Commission is triggered upon customer activation, defined as receipt of deposit and start of subscription
- Monthly commission payments are issued the month following customer activation
- A 45-day clawback period applies; if a customer requests a refund or disputes payment within 45 days of activation, commission will be reclaimed. After this period, commission is finalized
