Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing for premium opportunities.
- Collaborate with executives to design and finalize strategic agreements with mid-market and enterprise-level customers.
- Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM tools to maintain reliable sales forecasts and pipeline data.
- Identify obstacles in the sales funnel and take initiative to resolve them, improving deal speed and win rates.
- Partner with the CEO and go-to-market leaders to enhance sales methodologies and outbound approaches during company expansion.
- Coordinate with Marketing to evaluate lead quality, assess campaign outcomes, and optimize conversion strategies.
- Deliver organized customer feedback to Product and Growth teams, highlighting common concerns, insights, and market shifts.
