Responsibilities
- Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Lightspeed as their solution
- Conduct in depth product demos
- Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
- Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline
- Work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Lightspeed MRR in the process
- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and/ or French, plus a good command of English
- Passion for sales, tech, and supporting businesses
- The resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep finding ways to move forward
- A proactive and curious mindset — always looking to learn and improve
- Great communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of customers
