Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle independently, starting with initial outreach and discovery through to closing deals and handing off to delivery teams.
- Create and scale sales processes from the ground up, covering discovery, lead qualification, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and internal coordination.
- Conduct high-level discovery calls with technical and business leaders to identify customer challenges and align solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, strategic partnerships, and active industry engagement.
- Attend and represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to cultivate new leads and long-term relationships.
- Host customer dinners, private meetings, and executive discussions to foster trust and build lasting partnerships.
- Convert customer and market insights into clear, actionable input for product and engineering teams to guide development priorities and product positioning.
- Collaborate closely with founders and technical teams to align product development with customer needs and market demands.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance and the design, growth, and execution of the company’s sales function.
