About the Role

The role involves leading senior-level discussions, shaping programmatic strategy, and ensuring high-quality delivery through effective team management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance team performance by implementing standardized templates and documented processes.
  • Analyze client priorities and pressures to assign actionable tasks across the team.
  • Identify and deploy internal group-developed solutions that address client business challenges.
  • Demonstrate expertise in digital media channels and clearly communicate programmatic's role within the mix, collaborating with Digital Planners to increase display spending.
  • Lead innovation efforts within the channel by promoting early access to new tools and testing opportunities.
  • Optimize spending allocation to maximize return and efficiency for clients.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of programmatic technologies and confidently discuss opportunities in client and internal meetings.
  • Build strategic communication plans with senior clients and align on testing roadmaps based on their goals.
  • Uphold professional standards to maintain personal and team reputation.
  • Oversee audit processes for the channel to meet targets and resolve or escalate issues promptly.
  • Lead high-level client meetings including quarterly business reviews and future strategy planning sessions.
  • Maintain key relationships with senior media platforms, technology providers, and service partners.
  • Deliver presentations in new business pitches and internal agency meetings with confidence.
  • Act as a leadership figure and escalation point for both team and departmental matters.
  • Develop success stories for internal learning and external award submissions through knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure top-tier training programs and individual growth plans are in place for team members.
  • Collaborate closely with senior internal stakeholders such as the Head of Addressable.
  • Engage actively in the display team community by organizing events and advancing shared knowledge.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and billing accuracy for client accounts.
  • Support daily quality assurance to reduce errors and ensure process consistency across local and global teams.
  • Apply advanced negotiation techniques to secure maximum value for clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for financial discrepancies, including MQS and unreconciled items.
