Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including daily optimization, to meet client goals and performance metrics.
  • Design effective media plans aligned with defined KPIs and business objectives.
  • Stay informed on internal group-developed products and solutions relevant to client needs.
  • Lead aspects of client testing strategies, proposing innovative tests and ensuring accurate planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop and design social media strategies tailored to client goals and key performance indicators.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients through regular communication, briefings, and detailed performance presentations.
  • Produce client reports and analyze campaign data to derive insights and recommend future actions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media platforms and vendors to identify optimal partners for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with management to oversee junior team members, monitor workloads, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support training and professional development initiatives for less experienced team members.
  • Model strong leadership behaviors to inspire and guide junior staff.
  • Ensure proper use of tools to enhance accountability, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making in social media buying.
  • Maintain financial accuracy by aligning planning and buying processes, reconciling spend data, and managing client terms and platform fees.
  • Support quality assurance efforts to reduce errors and uphold process consistency across local teams and the Global Hub.
