Responsibilities
- Supervise Account Executives and Account Managers as needed, ensuring high-quality output through consistent oversight.
- Train team members and contribute to department-wide learning to strengthen collective expertise.
- Participate in hiring activities, including leading interviews, making staffing decisions, and promoting the team to prospective talent.
- Guide the professional development and career advancement of team members in both UK and Global Hub locations, setting a motivating example.
- Lead and inspire team members through coaching, mentorship, and timely, constructive feedback.
- Ensure team compliance with organizational governance standards and best practices specific to Paid Search operations.
- Effectively utilize first- and third-party tools and technology across assigned client accounts.
- Support process automation by promoting the use of scripts and efficient workflows.
- Maximize operational efficiency by leveraging available technology, refining processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Take ownership of team operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent recurrence.
- Lead implementation and compliance with financial processes related to paid search activation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless plan execution and establish trust.
- Align service level agreements with stakeholders and ensure all deadlines are met using project management tools.
- Actively engage in the Paid Search community through team meetings, training sessions, and company-wide events.
- Cultivate strategic client and supplier relationships, leading communications and offering insights beyond immediate responsibilities.
- Advise stakeholders on paid search trends and industry developments, demonstrating deep expertise and business impact.
- Monitor client industries and competitive landscapes to design effective, data-driven solutions.
- Oversee all deliverables from your team, including both client-facing work and internal operations.
- Apply strategic understanding of client goals and KPIs, staying informed on industry shifts and identifying opportunities.
- Promote innovation and forward-thinking in all paid search initiatives.
- Direct paid search performance and manage team deliverables across regions.
- Help identify and develop new revenue and service offerings with strategic value.
- Foster a culture of bold growth by encouraging experimentation and continuous performance improvement.
